TONUS concepts

Here I would like to share my practicies I have developed for myself :) It works :)

- Start a day with a glass of water, better two :)
- Excercise daily! (fitness, running, jogging, yoga, pilates, bodyflex, you name it!)
- Fruit or veggie smoothy a day- will boost your energy and clean your body!
- Make healthy choises evey day: Vegetables should dominate the plate! And it`s all in your brain!
 I don`t call it a diet, i call it Lifestyle!
- Motivate yourself and others!
- Read a book, listen to the music to find the inner balance!
- Stay tuned and love life!
