Today I wanted to talk about smoothies! It`s one of my morning routines that I enjoy!!
Again, there are a lot of
advantages:
Smoothies can substitute the
whole food intake :))
Can be used to recover from the
fitness training.
It improves digestion by
containing so needed fiber.
Can be a fast treat to make for
your guests!
Kids love them for it`s texture
and your boyfriend will definitely love it too, if you make one for him!
There are tons and tons of recipes
and you can easily make your own, mixed from the favorite fruits and veggies!!!
Gives you a lot to experiment
with!
In a hot summer day you can add
ice cubes or cool green tea and fresh up your recipe!
Fruit smoothies go well with
refreshing mint, and veggie smoothies can be spiced up with parsley or dill.
Berry smoothy tastes great if you
mix up sweet and bitter berries.
Any type of green leafs you can
mix up with root veggies like beat, radish, turnip, carrots and tomatoes.
For better juicy compatibility
remember that good principal mix will be between: apples and carrots, root
veggies and celery, apples and tomatoes, pineapple and celery, and also melon, cucumbers,
pumpkin with apples.
Adding yogurt will make it creamy
and honey will sweeten it.
You can start up with neutral
ingredients like apple+banana+orange and then substitute and add on!
SKY IS THE LIMIT!
Try to organize your smoothy intake in the first half of the day as it has a good percentage of glucose in
it for you to burn :))
Although we should remember that
eating ONLY smoothies will result in losing vital microelements containing in
other foods, it will still be a great treat for yourself and your loved ones!!!
